Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 7, 2026

Welcome to Flux. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flux mobile application and website (getflux.tv). By downloading or using Flux, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Flux is a local media player and organizer application. Flux does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any media content, including but not limited to TV channels, live broadcasts, movies, series, streams, or playlists. Flux is simply a technical tool that allows users to open and play their own media playlists (such as M3U URLs) or connect to their own Xtream Codes server.

2. User-Provided Content & Legality

Since you supply all playlists, links, and credentials inside Flux, you are solely responsible for all content loaded into the application.

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for making sure you have legal rights to use any playlist, Xtream account, stream, or media source you add to Flux.
  • Authorized Content Only: You agree to add only legal playlists and authorized media streams for which you have explicit rights, licenses, or permissions to access.
  • Copyright Infringement: You must not use Flux to stream, view, record, or download copyrighted content without authorization from the copyright owner. Flux does not authorize, condone, or support any form of illegal streaming or copyright infringement.

3. Subscriptions (Flux+)

Flux offers a premium tier called "Flux Plus" which unlocks features such as an ad-free interface, unlimited source additions, continue watching progress markers, movie/series metadata lookup, local downloads, and real-time live TV recording.

  • Apple In-App Purchase: Flux Plus subscriptions are handled and managed directly through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's subscription terms and billing conditions.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the user's App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Billing & Refunds: All payments, billing, and refund requests are handled entirely by Apple according to Apple's policies.

4. Ads

The free version of Flux may display advertisements. These ads are provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that third-party ad networks may serve ads based on cookies, identifiers, or other tracking methods.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Third-Party Sources

The Flux application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • Third-Party Responsibility Disclaimer: Flux is not responsible for third-party playlists, IPTV providers, content availability, or the legality of user-provided sources. We have no control over the content, servers, stability, or status of any third-party stream.
  • Streaming Availability & Quality: Flux does not operate, control, or host any streams or playlists. We do not guarantee that every playlist, Xtream Codes source, stream link, or media file will load, play, or function. The quality, resolution, buffering speed, and availability of streams depend entirely on your third-party provider and your internet connection.
  • App Features: While we aim to build robust capabilities, Flux does not warrant that features like local recording, offline downloading, screen casting, or continue watching will function flawlessly with all formats, servers, or networks.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or part of the Flux application at any time, with or without notice, to comply with store policies, legal requirements, or technical upgrades.
